What is an Orthomosaic?
An orthomosaic is the process of combining numerous aerial photographs into a single planar, measured image after correcting their scale and position. It's used like a map sheet; elevation, parcel, or project plans can be drawn on it.
How is an Orthomosaic Produced?

An orthomosaic provides a horizontal image; SYM/SAM is a height model. When used together, a 2D+3D dataset is created.
