Mobile Lidar Measurement with UAV in Bahçeköy

Map Production Using UAVs in Bahçeköy, Sarıyer

In Sarıyer Bahçeköy, one of Istanbul's areas with the densest vegetation and challenging topography, we have undertaken a comprehensive mapping project incorporating modern engineering solutions. To meticulously record the region's physical conditions in digital format, we utilized UAV-supported Mobile LiDAR measurement technology.


In this phase of our project, we used Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs) to survey challenging terrain conditions from the air, conditions that are both time-consuming and prone to error when measured using traditional methods.


  • High-Precision Data Collection: Thanks to our UAVs equipped with LiDAR sensors, we have obtained millions of point cloud data points, without missing even the smallest details of the ground beneath dense trees and vegetation.

  • Fast and Secure Integration: We completed the project ahead of schedule by scanning areas that ground survey teams had difficulty accessing or that might be dangerous, using airborne technology with zero risk and maximum speed.

  • Wide Range of Applications: The high-resolution orthophoto maps, 3D models, and topographic maps we produce are delivered in a quality suitable for a wide range of applications, from urban planning and infrastructure projects to environmental management and engineering analyses.


Where Technology and Experience Meet: Going beyond classical mapping methods, we achieved centimeter-level data accuracy in our Bahçeköy project. We continue to bring the mapping solutions of the future to the field today.
