Bodrum Mandarin Oriental - Gigi Beach 2D Survey

We have successfully completed our comprehensive survey and mapping project in the Gigi Beach area of the Mandarin Oriental Hotel, one of Bodrum's most prestigious locations. As KG Engineering, we have added value to architectural documentation processes with our advanced technology solutions that provide millimeter precision even in challenging field conditions.

In this study, we used the Leica RTC360 3D Laser Scanner system, which combines speed and precision. By digitizing the complex geometry of the terrain and structures with a scanning capacity of 2 million points per second, we obtained a complete Point Cloud data. From this high-resolution dataset, 2D Architectural Plans and survey drawings fully compliant with architectural requirements were created. Unlike traditional measurement methods, thanks to laser scanning technology, all details on site (elevation differences, structural elements, furnishings) were projected with zero margin of error.
