Dudullu Organized Industrial Zone – Industrial Facility 3D Modeling Project

We successfully completed a 3D survey and digital twin creation project for a large-scale industrial facility with complex structural and mechanical components in the Dudullu Organized Industrial Zone (OSB), one of Türkiye's most important industrial centers. With this project, we transferred the facility's current state to a digital environment with millimeter precision, creating a flawless foundation for future revisions and capacity expansion projects.

Industrial facilities are constantly evolving structures intertwined with dense pipelines (MEPs), ventilation systems, steel supports, and production lines. Before new machine layouts, line additions, or structural reinforcements are implemented in such facilities, "as-built" survey data is required. We aimed to accelerate this process, which can take months with traditional measurement methods and carries a high margin of error, by using 3D laser scanning technology, thereby eliminating engineering errors.
