Laser Scanning and Reverse Engineering of Industrial Equipment
As KG Engineering, we have completed laser scanning and reverse engineering studies for the equipment and production lines located in Enersa's industrial facilities. Using high-density point cloud data obtained with a Leica RTC360, 3D digital models of the equipment were created with millimeter precision.
Services provided within the scope of this study:
Measurement of industrial equipment and production lines using 3D laser scanning.
Processing scan data to generate an accurate and detailed point cloud set.
Converting the geometric structure of equipment into CAD-based 3D models using reverse engineering methods.
Generating technical data with sufficient accuracy for use in maintenance, overhauls, capacity upgrades, and new equipment integrations.
