OTS Project – 3D Surveying and Revit Model Delivery with Terrestrial Laser Scanners

In this study, conducted in collaboration with OTS Proje, we transferred complex architectural structures, where traditional surveying methods were insufficient, into a digital environment with millimeter precision. Using Terrestrial Laser Scanning (3D Laser Scanning) technology, we accurately recorded the current state of the structures and transformed them into intelligent models compatible with BIM (Building Information Modeling), the standard of modern architectural processes.

As part of the project, we meticulously scanned the interior and exterior elements of the villas located in Kemer Country, one of Istanbul's prestigious residential areas, and created a complete digital archive and modeling study.

• Millimetric Detail and Point Cloud: Using our terrestrial laser scanners, we collected millions of measurement points from the facades, interiors, roofs, and landscapes of the villas. This allowed us to record even the smallest structural deformations or unique architectural details without overlooking anything.

• Smart Revit Models with Scan-to-BIM: We transferred the collected raw point cloud data into the Autodesk Revit environment, in accordance with architectural disciplines, using our expert modeling team. Instead of classic 2D plans consisting only of lines, we produced smart 3D Revit models that include material, volume, and structural data.

• A Flawless Foundation for Restoration and Renovation: The 3D survey and architectural models we produce are delivered in a quality that allows designers and engineers to work with zero errors in subsequent renovation, interior design, or remodeling projects for villas.
