TANAP Project – Laser Scanning and Technical Inspection Services

Reverse Engineering and Inspection Processes with Laser Scanning Data

As KG Engineering, we are carrying out high-accuracy laser scanning and technical inspection studies of critical pipeline components within the scope of the TANAP Natural Gas Pipeline Project. Using Leica RTC360 and current industry measurement standards, we provide digital documentation with millimeter precision of BVS, pig stations, valve chambers, connection points, and superstructure elements .


Studies conducted within this scope include the following:

  • Modeling of structural elements on the pipeline using 3D laser scanning method.

  • Preparing geometric and dimensional analyses from point clouds.

  • Verification of deformation, alignment, and clearance checks.

  • Documenting the current situation on the site as a high-accuracy 3D data set and creating a verifiable engineering framework for subsequent maintenance, repair, modification, or assembly processes.
